Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be telephoned the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment and/or $50 Cancellation Fee.
Refunds
We are sorry, Skin Care products, Spa Treatments, Vouchers, and Gift Certificates are not refundable.
Service Gratuity fees
A 15% service charge will be assessed for ALL Vouchers treatment services and discounted services and are non-refundable.
Payments
We accept most major credit cards, check, and/or cash.
Note any checks returned will be subject to $40.00 fee non-refundable.
Series, Packages and Programs
Series, Packages and Programs are discounted and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Also all treatment sessions have a max time of 1 hour per visit. Extended time can be arranged for additional fees. Clients may inquire during thier visit.
Exchanges
When you purchase a series of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be paid (in full) at the beginning of your series. Unfortunately, these series are not refundable, however balance can be put towards other services.
Sales tax
An 8% sales tax is on all Skin Care products, Spa Treatments, Vouchers, and Gift Certificates and are non-refundable
